Marcus Hatten (photo) and Scotty Hopson - both signed through FCM to Kolossos - tried to lead their team to what would be the biggest win of the club's history, but at the end European champions Panathinaikos was too strong for the islanders. Hatten scored 17 points and had also 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals to finish the match with 22 in the evaluation index, whereas as the Tennessee graduate scored 12 points in the first half and finally finished the match with 14, plus 3 rebounds and 1 assist. Despite the defeat Kolossos completed the first round with 10-2 record, the club's best ever so far.
