FCM coach Javier Fort and his Lotos Gdynia gave a very hard battle in the 5th and last match of the women Polish league semi-finals, but Polkowice was the one to win 72-65 and qualify with 3-2 wins. The Spanish coach saw his players come back from -11 and even managed to lead by 7 points early in the 3rd quarter, but in the last minutes of the match Polkowice made the big shots that sent her to the finals and left Fort and his players with the bitter taste.
