Congratulations to FCM point guard Roope Ahonen who got his first call in the Men's National Team of Finland, after completing a magnificent season with Salon Vilpas. The talented 21-year old player was a member of all youth National Teams of Finland, but this time it was the senior team who invited him to participate in the summer preparation, ahead of Finland's Eurobasket qualifiers matches. Ahonen finished the season averaging 13 points, 2.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 35 games, shooting with the amazing 41% behind the 3-point line.
